Why am I not able to log into paypal using a chrome browser?

For the last couple of weeks, I'm not able to log into Payal using my chrome browser.

I've deleted all browsing data.....cache, cookies, history, etc...... but when I try to log in I just see a blank white screen.

I'm able to login fine using other browsers
