Hi, my account was limited due to the regulations in Thailand, so I created a new account but was unable to transfer the funds from my old account. I keep getting the account limited error, how do I fix this? or is it impossible for me to get them out?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
