Cannot post my reply to PayPal's request for more information in Resolution Center

Hello,
I filed a dispute for items paid for, but not received.
In fact, the Seller canceled the transaction.
PayPal sent me an email requesting more information
and says to use the Resolution Center to respond:
But I cannot see anywhere in the Resolution Center
what to click to provide the requested information!
Everything I click does not provide a place to reply
with answers to the requested information.
Clicking "Respond" takes me here:
What to do?
How do I respond to PayPal's request for more information?
Any help is MUCH appreciated!

I am sorry to know that you're not finding a place to respond to the dispute case on the account and I understand this can be frustrating. In this type of situation, I would recommend you to contact our PayPal Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website so that our representatives can update the details directly on the system. Before you contact the Customer Support, it's suggested to clear cache and cookies and try again through a different browser or device to see if that works.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
