I signed up to a free trial on a website in April and stupidly didn't log in to PayPal when I did it, I just signed in using my Google account. When I went to cancel it, I realised I had to email the business and couldn't do it online. I've sent them multiple emails, never had a response, and have blocked the transaction from my bank's end. They are still trying to take the money even though my account shows the subscription has been cancelled. Because I wasn't logged in, I can't dispute it or cancel it in my PayPal account. I know I need to get the merchant to do it. How does this work when the merchant won't respond? It's showing a growing outstanding balance and I just want it cancelled.
