Can a PayPal decision be overturned regarding a suspected fraudulent seller?

Hi everyone. PayPal found in favour of, whom I believe is, a fraudulent seller. I gave them info regarding previous feedback, the fact that the seller did not respond to me regarding my cancellation and refund request, immediately after purchasing. My fault for not reading all the comments before purchasing.Can I do anything to change PayPal's decision? Thank you.

Thanks for your reply. I already opened a dispute but no response. PayPal sided with the seller, as they received tracking info so all good according to them. The issue is a fraudulent seller, claiming it was an original item, endorsed by the author, which according to other info it wasn't! Oh well...!

Paypal doesn't cover buyer remorse, so which dispute did you open?

The only appropriate one would have been item received but not as described?
