Buyer requesting refund for inad but reshipped the item overseas. Will paypal side with him?

I recently had a buyer request a refund for an $800 graphics card that he claims as inad due to cosmetic damage. The invoice clearly shows the item as "used" but more importantly there was no damage when I sent it to him. The bigger issue here is that buyer shipped the graphics card to Bahrain after receiving it from me in New Jersey. Will PayPal expect me to refund this person even though they shipped it overseas and I have provided proof of this as well? The buyer attached all records of the conversation and proof of this second shipment in the original dispute but I'm concerned that PayPal will make me accept the return of something that is currently outside of the country we chose to complete the transaction. Any advice?

Hello @GALLEN2022

Welcome! Thanks for joining the PayPal Community. I'm sorry to hear a recent sale didn't go quite as you had expected. Normally, if PayPal accepts the buyer's "Not as described" claim, we would require them to return the item to the seller in it's original condition at their expense. if they do not ship the item back to the address we provide them through the dispute case, normally a refund would be required from the seller. Here you can read more about our Dispute Processes and Seller Protection.

I hope this helps,
