Buyer protection

Hello guys, 

for some time now I have liked a watch that I decided to buy. However, I have concerns about the deal. If I pay the amount to the seller via PayPal, do I have any protection if a replica is sent to me or the watch has any defects (for example, the movement)?

Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > buyer protection.
