Hi PayPal Community,
I hope you are all doing well. I am reaching out in hopes of getting some assistance with a limitation issue on my PayPal account that has not been resolved for over a month.
Recently, PayPal asked for business and ID verification for my account. Unfortunately, I mistakenly submitted the wrong documents, which led to an account limitation. I have since tried to contact PayPal customer support to rectify the situation and upload the correct documents, but I have not received a response or any updates from the support team through the message center.
I have built a solid relationship with my clients using PayPal, and it has been an integral part of my business operations. This limitation has significantly impacted my ability to provide services and maintain those client relationships. I understand the importance of security and compliance, but the lack of communication has left me uncertain about the next steps.
I kindly ask if anyone from the PayPal Community or support team could provide guidance or escalate my case. Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
