Hello all,
I am selling digital product to a user, which is a config file to input into VPN iOS software to using VPN network.
We both in Vietanm, where we use our own social networking Zalo accounts as well as Facebook Messenger account.
Through my Zalo account he contacted me to buy my VPN config file. I made the config file, putting my zalo number as a password to protect the file.
I send the file to him using my Messenger account. He asked me for the password, I reply him the password is my Zalo account number.
Then he input the file into the VPN iPhone iOS app, he used it, and he run OOKLA SpeedTest, then he sent me result screenshot, and he told me he was satisfied with the result. All conversation take place on Messenger.
Days later I found out on Facebook, he was batch selling and sharing my file, cause overload to my VPN network. . So i warn him and block him on zalo.
Now he makes a dispute that he hasn't received my file
When I show his the evidence.
He lie and says that he didn't use it?
I upload all screenshot and images of the transaction to PayPal.
I explain my VPN selling web page, screenshot of other satisfied customers, images of him sharing my file in groups.
Intensive of support Information and evidences.
And the money I received from him mark as on hold due to the dispute he claim Item not received.
The case status is under review. Within 5 days, estimated close on 8 Dec 2024
How do I do to further clarify and escalate this and win the case.
Thanks!
