Any else had a fraudulent PayPal account set up in their name and PayPal refuse to help?

Anyone else had a fraudulent PayPal account set up in their name and had debts racked up? I have and PayPal only let me talk to foreign call centres. They obviously don’t have employees in the U.K. and as a result no one is taking this seriously. Anyone else had these issues?

Europe customer services is based in Dublin.

It certainly wasn’t Ireland I was on the phone to the last 5 times I’ve spoken to them.

Then maybe you called out of their working hours?

I always get Dublin when I phone.
