After business account creation, got banned from Paypal services

Hi there,

 

I got banned permanently as I used my business email to register a business account instead of upgrading it from my existing personal Paypal account.

 

Bug details for Tech Support:

 

At business registration, once I inserted my residential address, the computer banned me as inconsistent as I already had another personal account with the same residential address.

The Resolution Centre is not giving any solution other than accepting the ban (or the bug?), so I wrote to helpdesk immediately and I am hoping they take no longer than 3 to 5 business days as promised to unlock my account.

 

Do you know if this is a bug that has been solved for others?

It turns out, I have mistakenly put the DBA name instead of my legal business name, which as sole proprietor is my actual first name and last name, when I upgraded from personal to business. I tried again and registered successfully.
