Account limited

My account is limited, I cannot transfer my own money from paypal balance to my bank. I cannot do anything.Theree is a step that is impossibble to finish it. There is no account with this mail you are asking for, I cannot log in, mail doesnt exist. Resolve issues with linked PayPal account(s) Your account is linked to another account with unresolved issues. If you have an eBay account or another PayPal account, log in to your account to resolve any problems. (... My Mail) Whey I type those email in login section, mail doesn't exist with paypal, eventhough I used in in the past, but now there is en error when I try to log in. i just wanna transfer the money from balance to card and that's it, bit cannot do anything now.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
