My account had a "bug" where I had to verify my business information which was virtual goods, I had gotten 3 emails regarding that my information is still being reviewed, I contacted support hoping to get this resolved, turns out I needed to verify my identity, which I wasn't given the option to, then I was trying to get this solved, my account randomly got limited? My previous personal account was limited because I made a mistake of trying to sell there but I wanted to get help at least and close it then start a new business account which was this but after being ghosted and getting no help from support, I started this account, which I sold many goods effortlessly but ran into issue.
I couldn't even read the messages the support sent me since my account is limited.

How am I suppose to get permission? My coworker started selling before getting permission, all I had to specify on account creation was I sell digital goods as I did not see gaming goods but upon being told about my business information, I told them everything.

You contact customer services as per the acceptable use policy and state you want to start selling gaming items and do they give you permission.
Then they will tell you if they want you to upgrade or not and if they agree with what you are selling.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.
They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

I mean, that's what I did, I contacted support for my personal account on twitter but I got ignored, same for customer support, but I just want this current business one resolved and my personal one closed, which is why I hope to get this resolved by contacting sales for permission and support to get my limit lifted.

As i said you can rarely appeal a permanent ban, and whilst having the ban you can't open another paypal account.
By being banned AND opening a second paypal account I doubt very much you will ever be able to use paypal again.

Hey, sorry to bump but I have contacted both sales (to gain approval) and support (to retrieve both account or at least this one) and it's been two business days, should I wait a bit longer?
On the mean time, I would appreciate more advice from either a paypal employee or a moderator here.
