I'm based in the Philippines and my account is still limited. I already received an email that my funds that has been on hold is now ready for withdrawal but it has no option to withdraw and it's still "permanently limited" I'm trying to reach out to them on the chatbot but it always says that there's no available live agent. Anyone can help me here?

I UPLOADED MY I.D. BUT I FORGOT THAT IT IS EXPIRED AND NOW WHEN I LOG IN IT SAYS MY PAYPAL IS PERMANENTLY LIMITED AND THAT I CAN NO LONGER USE PAYPAL

Hello.
This same thing happened to me. I was attempting to send funds between my personal accounts when somehow I had raised suspicions. For a while, I got the message that my account was limited and I needed to do more to verify my identity, however, when trying to upload further documentation, I was told I do not have access to those pages and need to wait 180 days. I had made several attempts to contact and get help, but all but the last one were unproductive. Very disappointing. Finally, I was on a call with an agent when I ASKED if they would be able to refund the payment to the sender, to which the agent stated that It's not possible. The agent tried again and succeeded the second time. Waiting 180 days is absolutely ridiculous.

I'm feeling quite bitter against PayPal. My account has been "limited" for several YEARS. The suggested solution is to remove PayPal as a payment option on my website, but their link to remove PayPal as a payment option does not work, instead giving the cheerful reply "We're having trouble processing your request. Please try again." The New Zealand phone number to customer support does not work. 0508...
PayPal have enjoyed my money for over 4 years and I am locked out. So frustrating!!!
