Account blocked while only making payments?

Account blocked for making only payments? Anyone else having issues with PayPal placing limits or blocks for seemingly arbitrary reasons? "Your account access is temporarily limited. We noticed that you've been using your PayPal account in a questionable manner. To understand this better, we will require some information from you." I've already call customer service and no one is able to answer any questions as to what the questionable activity is.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some restrictions on your account functionality. Have you checked the Resolution Center for any steps that need to be completed? If you find any there, here's a Help Center to guide you through Resolving a Limitation. If you're still running into issues after that, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support teams by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
