Account Limited - So before I used to be able to send my sister the money that my boss send me to my PayPal, I send it to her because she can transfer it to her bank immediately, mine takes 3 Days. I wanted to buy a Membership in EVE Online which has only 3 payment types, PayPal, Credit Card (I don't have any) and Debit (I have debit cards but not applicable due to the type they have), so I tried paypal, paypal ask me to confirm my identity which I've sent documents through mind you this documents are from my government, Now for some reason It was not approve and now I cannot send my money to my sister to withdraw it. Please Help.
