Account LIMITATION

Hello,

 

My account having a limitation and I'm asked to provide proof of transactions fulfillment and proof of purchase from my supplier, I sent the tracking number for fulfillment which I was asked for exactly, and the purchase invoices I got from my supplier, but they are still refused and asked more details! Can anyone help me with this?

I understand your recent documents were not accepted when trying to resolve a limitation, and I'm sorry to hear that. The information you described sounds like what we typically request. Before submitting more information, I recommend reaching out to Customer Support and asking if they'll tell you why the last documents were denied. If it was something as little as the documents weren't legible, you'll know you can submit the same ones. Otherwise, they should be able to give you more specifics on what exactly you'll need for your situation. You can find the different options for contacting Customer Support here.
