A glitch with open case.

Hello, I recently got an email saying that I have a open case with some sender that bought a digital product off me. I have contacted the sender and they said they just got confused thinking his PayPal account has been compromised while he was scrolling through his transactions. Sender opened the case with reason Unauthorized access, once I contacted the sender and we talked sender has closed the case but It's stays open for me, from the media attachments they sent to me seems like both Case ID's don't match, same for Transaction ID's. I'm talking about ONE and SAME transaction here, he only purchased once so there's no different transactions. After I added additional information to my case it stays under review, maybe the case's duplicated? I tried contacting support but haven't got any response. Let me know what else should I do.
