I agree ! PayPal provide this platform for us to discuss about these companies scamming their customers ,but the fact that they are not prepared to warn victims prior to making a “secured” payment stinks of collaboration.

their job is to scam. Instead of a heavy gym machine they sent a plastic watch, fake and not working, of a few grams (on the envelope it's described as heavy a quarter of a kilo ...). Now they have the receipt that their product has been delivered. I hope Paypal understands that it's a scam

PayPal can only repay what they handled. That's the reason that I used the reject method to send the scrap back. I have made the mistake one time and will not do it again. The same seller keeps coming back with new "shops" generally hosted at shoplazza.com so it is a good idea to be cautious.

Check the payment info. The recipient is not zeaqikstore but an address at gmail. After some checking the same e-mail is used by several "stores" generally lhosted by shoplazza.com. Most shops are referenced using a domain name registered less than 3 montyhys ago. Since it is easy to create a new gmail account there is no way to control it from either PayPal, Facebook etc. Generally the web sites are a copy of a standard site with minimal editing. A good way is to check what other products the seller offers and validate if the combination prize and specifications are reasonable. Note thet thyere is lots of Chinese vendors advertizing tablets with recent versions of Android, lots of RAM and ROM. These are almost certainly fake. Somtimes ther are laptops advertized as "new" but with specifications cantaining processors several years old. Slightly edited old information. The method showing trace records that you recieved a shipment is a common way to make a "legal" claim.

For anyone out there, keep reporting to PayPal as I did with all the info you have and open a dispute, they will refund eventually

In November I ordered two adjustable dumbbells from zeaqi store. The website from which I ordered the item was gone within few days after I made a purchase. Zeaqi store was not mentioned on the website and I found out about it only after I paid. After googling I found this forum with all the complaints.

I contacted zeaqi store via e-mail and got the tracking number. At the beginning of December, I contacted them again, before receiving the item because I was worried about getting the wrong item. This was due to negative reviews and the fact that on the tracking website I noticed, that my package left the "International Small Package Business Department". I asked if the box which was supposed to weigh about 50 kg is considered a small package. Zeaqistore did not react to these concerns.

Instead of Dumbells, I got a wristwatch I did not like the watch and I did not want to keep it. The brand of that watch is unknown even for google, with no warranty, and the worst thing about it, it has 3 small scales with pointer only draw on the clock-face. It looks stupid and it is useless. I contacted them again. Zeaqi store offered:

- 40 percent refund (I declined because the watch I got is not worth it and I do not intend to use that watch). Later they offered me a bigger refund.

- send the item back and get a 100 percent refund, but refused to pay for postal services which would be about 4,5 EUR. I declined as accepting would mean that I lose 4,5 EUR and left having nothing with a ruined mood. Also, I did not trust this "store", so I would not like to send Item back with no reassurance, that I get back my money.

I suggested 3 options:

- Refund me 90 percent (about 20 EUR). I managed to negotiate from the first offer of 40 percent to 17 dollars refund (I paid almost 25 dollars).

- Send the item back and zeaqistore should refund me 100 percent + postal services. They refused.

- Send me my dumbells, that I order, with no additional fees and after I get those dumbells I send back the wristwatch and zeaqistore should not cover postal services for this. Zeaqi store did not react to this offer.

During this conversation with zeaqistore I contacted Paypal. And they refunded me 100 percent and I got to keep that stupid watch. Although, there were some issues with Paypal solving the case it ended well for me.

In conclusion: the worst thing you can do is to do nothing. The second worst thing to do is to accept the first offer of a 40 percent refund (they can and will offer you more). And always contact Paypal no matter what.

It was really tempting for me to reply to zeaqi store that I accept 17 dollars refund after getting my refund from Paypal and see what happens 😊 I hope Paypal will somehow get their money back from that zeaqistore with a surcharge. Sorry for the long read. Good luck to everyone who encounters this "store".
