I order 2pcs of the item "Modern Corner Floor Lamp" and a Stainless steel coctail set. The shop is "fbltka.xyz" This was back in Sept 13, 2020. By end of Nov 2020, reached out to them. As far as i could gather the seller is <Removed> / zeaqikstore .
They provided me with a tracking nr and after with an email saying :
"hi friend, I'm very sorry for it, but i have asked our post, and they said it has arrived your country, so could you pls check it with your local post by your name and address and the tracking number ? if still not. pls contact me.it maybe hold by them. thanks!
best regards!"
Later on received another email : "
Dear Customer,
Sorry to keep you waiting.
We have already sent the goods for you, but because the logistics company had too much goods, you accidentally lost your package during transportation.
We are very sorry about this.
We will arrange re-shipment for you within three days.
You don't need to pay any fees.
Hope you can give us a chance to make up.
Thank you for your support and understanding."
I kept asking about the order, and if they had shipped the replacement order. But nothing happen. Reached out to PayPal. My case is ongoing. Not sure if i get my money back.
Seems to me there is zero control between pay-pal and the vendors. How can i feel safe and secure with future transactions covered by pay-pal?
