unable to submit my response to open case

unable to submit my response to the case status. Getting pop up "we are sorry, something went wrong" from last 24 hrs. How to resolve this issue. Raised the issue with paypal support but they are not responding. deadline is very near to autoclose the case.

If you are experiencing an error with the Resolution Center, I would advise clearing your cache/cookies and/or changing your web browser.
