stolen phone info paypal, Google acct compromised

My LGE Stylo6 phone was stolen 12.16.22. They turned off that phone which is now blocked by Cricket. Then they now using a third phone to use my information to create havoc. They made Meta Pay access in with my email to charge my Paypal credit card. I Resolved it so I didnt lose $. I removed all credit cards etc from Paypal. I Suspect Google acct now compromised. Plan to cancel 2 long standing email addresses and cancel Google entirely. But if I cancel paypal can never start over...ever, I understand. I want to wipe slate clean but fear their will gather any new acts created. What do I do?

Report to PayPal that your phone was stolen. File a police report if you have to, to make it all official. They will protect the account and inform what you need to do to protect your account after all unauthorized transactions have been dealt with, if any. You can ask them about closing the account instead and you opening a new one with a new email address and reset your bank account and cards so they can be added to your new account.
