i hardly use paypal. i go to check my bank stayments and there are 4 transactions for 68 dollars each coming out of my account. i go to disput the transactions and the person who took the money out, already opened a case, then closed it so now i can’t open a new case to show that i didn’t make the payments. has this ever happened to anyone else? i’m so lost and i need that money.
If you click on legal bottom right of this page > select the user agreement for your country > scroll down to the unauthorised section and there is a phone number on there you can use.
