It's very clear now that this company qatio Co.,Ltd aka MuchVisualize is a total scam.    I ordered $130 worth of merchandise & never got it.    I opened a dispute with Paypal & Paypal sides with the scam company because they all of the sudden have some other tracking information that claims my order was delivered.   So no refund.   In Paypal they show up as qatio Co.,Ltd

MuchVisualize gives me this apparently bogus tracking website https://tracking-hub.com/?nums=8814963533122548698 

Three different weird e-mail addresses to contact for the company & no responses.   

The same website / company is now operating from https://voluptatibus72.wshopon.com/

Plenty of people confirming it is a scam.   But paypal sides with the scam, this is **bleep**.   The company should be banned from working with paypal.

Paypal is just a payment processor that gives you 'some' buyer and 'some' seller protection.
So disputes for non receipt of item are mostly automated. Seller provides tracking that shows delivery = seller wins.
So then its your turn to do some work to assist Paypal in recovering your purchase price from your seller.

Firstly ring Paypal customer services and tell them that the number is fake or that the item was shown as shipped before you purchased it. With that information they may well just issue you a refund.

Secondly if they don't then... APPEAL
To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper/courier (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment. Or one that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address. THEY DON'T HAVE TO SAY WHICH ADDRESS IT WAS SENT TO, JUST THAT IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS.

When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click contact at the bottom of the page, or via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made.

You also have the option to contact your card issuer if you funded your Paypal payment that way and see if they will do a chargeback for you?

I agree they are a scam I paid 65.88usd for a walking stick back in Dec 2021, nothing arrived. I havecreported this to PayPal.

I got same thing -they say package was delivered but fed ex says it’s not my address -why doesn’t PayPal Do something about this company ? Funny I ordered a necklace and the order in the tracking states it’s 28lbs seriously don’t think so - PayPal needs to do full Investigation and stop this crap!

I purchased TAP THREAD DRILL BITS and paid through PayPal on 4th Jan and no messages or tracking number to follow. No product has arrived.

I bought glasses. Got a nice tracking report from Carson city Usa all the way to Utrecht (Netherlands) There it stops. I do not live in Utrecht but in Katwijk (Netherlands) and never got the shipment. Tracking stopped on febr 2nd and today it shows that it is still there. But there is no courier or transport company at the zipcode the state on the track and trace system. Domain is gone, company gone, money gone. Hate these scammers, stealing from people. have left my complaint with PayPal.hope I can at least get my money back

I ordered from this scammer (not knowing ) in Jan. got a tracking number that was B.S. sent them 3 emails got a B.S response filed a claim with paypal this scammer said I got the package  gave paypal a difference tracking number that what they gave me ! That was there downfall ! Gave paypal what they gave me woke up this morning and got an email from paypal I won !

Fighting a battle right now too, ordered in January, I live in Tennessee, package has been stuck in Vancouver since February 7! They CLAIM they expedited a new package but refuse tracking info and won’t respond to emails now. Fingers crossed!
