Hello few month back some unauthorized transaction done from my account by hackers and I contact to paypal about the issue that I didn't do any transaction but they said its all done from your account. At the end I didn't pay the money and now they send me court notice. So I want to ask is that okay that I pay over there or where I have live chat so I can confirm.@
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
