My Paypal account Balance is negative, because someone refunded money but he is already received the product so what can I do now?

did you provide trackable proof of delivery of the item to the buyer on the dispute they opened before paypal awarded them a refund?

Yes and my customer said he is not doing that to refund.i message him on Snapchat then he comply me he can't do that to get him money
