is this a real email?

hi folks. want to know if is a real PayPal domain and the instruction they gave to complete the transaction can be trusted.

Total 100% SCAM.

Even if the funds were pending or on hold they would still SHOW in your paypal balance.

Paypal does not send emails like that.
