if you are unsatisfied with the resolution center’s ability to help, how do you escalate above them? 7 chargebacks got taken out of our account - we have proof police reports were filed 7 months ago by someone else and Paypal says it’s closed

If you believe that a mistake has been made with the review or you have new information to supply, please contact Customer Service. You can find your contact options by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
