I'm sorry to hear about the unauthorized activity that has taken place. PayPal will never require you to pay for help with an unauthorized transaction. If you called someone that asked you to pay them, please do not call that number again because they were not PayPal. If you provided them with your PayPal login information, I recommend resetting your password and security questions right away. After you log into your account, you can file an unauthorized dispute by following these instructions: How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity? If you can't log into your account, please contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.
