Dear Paypal, My Account Permanently Limited and I have already received your email that state my funds are eligible for withdrawal . but I have error when click button "Transfer Money" "There's problem with your account. Please go to the resolution center so we can help you resolve this quickly." could you please help me to give me the ability for withdraw my money.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
