downgrading to a personal account with limitations

Hi, i just started using paypal (again) and found that i have a handfull of money in my account that i can't use. The reason for that is that i have logged in with a buisness account and now need to confirm buisness papers and registered buisness ID. Just for info i don't have a buisness, im just me.

Please help
