depop transactions and unable to show payment’s

i am using depop, and i sold an item and was unable to refund. there are no transactions in my paypal app and i dont see any money. paypal has now banned my account. i would like to refund my buyer and recieve my other payments that havent shown up.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've been running into some issues with your account. Depending on the type of limitation PayPal placed, you may or may not be able to issue a refund. These blocks / changes can be found in your Resolution Center. 

However, if you never received the payment into your account to begin with, it sounds like there would be no transaction to refund. This almost sounds like the payment is in an Unclaimed status, and may be able to be reversed from the buyer's end. 

The best thing I would recommend is reaching out to our Support Teams to look into this issue a bit further for you. They can be reached by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
