Someone has opened a business account on my paypal without permission! Help!

Help! Got an email to say someone opened a business account on my PayPal today. Added phone numbers and everything. How do I get rid of the business account. I've changed my password etc

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I can definitely understand how unauthorized actions on your account can be concerning. Even if you've changed your password and regained access to your account, I'd still recommend reporting the activity through our Resolution Center if you haven't already. After that, you can reach out to our Customer Support to downgrade your account to Personal. They can be reached by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
