can I resolve a refund case when my account is limited?

Hi, I just want to ask if how can I resolve a refund case when I have an account that was just recently changed to limited status? I now have negative amount but I can't add money which I think due to the limitations, is there a possible way to fund my account?
By the way, I already tried sending money from a not-limited account to my limited account but it's not pushing thru because it says that my account can't receive any money for now.
