accessing My UAE account from Pakistan

i made my account when i was in UAE. now a days i am back to my home country. but paypal is not accessible in pakistan. and i have lost my cell number too. i am having trouble with my account. is there anyway to access my account

Unfortunately, no. Because PayPal is country specific, it is recommended to close account under your previous country and open a new account in your new country, when you move. Since PayPal does not offer services in Pakistan, you won’t be able to use PayPal at all while residing in Pakistan. It’s not allowed to access PayPal services from country not on the permitted countries list.
