We decline some payments to help protect you from any possible fraudulent activity. If you've verified that there are no suspicious charges in your account, please try the payment again at a later time. If the issue persists, kindly check the Resolution Center to see if you have received any notification regarding your account status, it could be possible that your account could be limited and could be resolved by following the steps shared in the notification.
