Why did PayPal give no deadline before freezing account?

Hello Community,

suddenly PayPal does not allow me to use my balance, which is about 50 Euros.   They stopped the function without giving a deadline for the issue to be resolved. 

I can not even send the money back to those who provided me with funds or actually close my account.   Because in any case any trust I had into this online wallet for low transactions has been destroyed.

Why do regulations seem different for Paysafecard and PayPal.

the information provided does not answer the question at all.    Maybe as a human being you might understand it better with an example outside of payments.  Imagine your electricty provider telling you that he needs more information from you for regulatory purpose.  Now - you dont find time or dont bother about that - and suddenly you dont have electricity.   The provided never told you that he will cut you off from electricity or gave you a deadline until you have to reply.  How would you feel?  Would you not think that this is illegal and infringe upon your human rights, everybody should have access to electricty if they pay for it?   So maybe now you can answer why PayPal cuts me off my own funds without giving a deadline before?    I just learned that online money is never save.

If you want more information other than what the paypal employee gave you above then I suggest you refer to paypals user agreement you agreed to when you opened an account and read up on their legal powers on account limitations.
