I paid someone for a service through paypal and it was not delivered, no info whatsoever, when i contacted the seller the said they paypal is locked for 90 days. I then filed a dispute for my refund, but was eventually denied, the report stated that I did not provide information to support the dispute, even though evidence was provided. Can you anyone please help?

Never heard of a 90 day account lock in PayPal policies. I have heard of 90 days rolling reserves, but that’s not really a lockout of an account.

What kind of dispute did you file?

Item not received?

Unauthorized transaction? Filing unauthorized transaction would be the wrong type of case to file.

If you filed a wrong type of case, contact customer service to charge the case type or appeal their decision.

  1. https://www.paypal.com/tt/smarthelp/contact-us
  2. Click Disputes and account limitations.
  3. Click Disputes.
  4. Click Dispute a payment.
  5. Click Message Us or Call Us after “This information might help” box.
