What to do if received a fraudulent transaction?

Anyway to stop this? I didn't make any order at all (The order details are even blanked.) and received this.

I've emailed to UPS Netherlands which sent this transaction to me and asked them to cancel this.

Also removed any cards I saved on PayPal account and changed password.

Can't believe it's that easy to get a fraudulent charge with PayPal :/.

Sorry to hear of the concern. 

 

From reviewing the screenshot you've attached, it looks like an Authorization sent to the merchant. An Authorization gives the merchant authorization to claim the money within 30 days from the date the Authorization was sent. A merchant usually claims the money once the order has been processed or completed on their end. If the merchant does not claim the money within the 30 day time frame, the Authorization is voided. An Authorization is usually sent during the checkout process. Do you recall going through the process to check prices or place an order with this merchant?
