Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear there's an unrecognized transaction on your PayPal Activity. We normally recommend looking for the merchant's contact info in the transaction's activity before opening a dispute, but if you're unable to find any, we would recommend opening an Unauthorized case through our Resolution Center.
