What can I do if I have been overcharged for a product?

I bought a product from the UK, using Kitbag, I received the order with the customs label and packaging label saying $159.95, when I emailed Kitbag to ask and enquire why I had paid $190 (after discount- original price $207) and I felt like I'd be ripped off and overcharged, they are trying to fob me off saying I'd bought from the US. My PayPal account says Kitbag which is UK, and my packaging says UK. I have screenshots of the packaging and my original order. If I've been overcharged excessively, I just want a refund of the difference.

Hello @Turbofire,
We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with a purchase. Regrettably, if you paid the amount that was agreed upon between you and the merchant, we wouldn't have any additional dispute options. Here's some additional information on filing a dispute and how to report a billing issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Thanks!
