Hello everyone, I am new to Paypal, after my account received 5-6 payments from customers, my account has 2 restrictions that need verification. I got over the limitation of providing shipping codes for the last 2 orders I received. The second limitation I don't understand is what shipping information Paypal requires? Because I have provided it in step 1 (here Paypal does not allow to enter the order tracking code) (like the image below). And I have many orders, I don't know which order Paypal requires proof of delivery ? Looking forward to everyone's help!

They want proof of shipping (postage receipts) and/or tracking numbers that when tracked say the shipments have been delivered) for all of the payments that are not older than 6 months. If all your shipments happened within 6 months, then send the shipping information for all. Get copies of postage receipts if you have them, and/or write down tracking numbers for the transactions in a word document, if you have images, drag and drop them in the word document, then export word document as pdf and upload.

You do not provide tracking numbers where it asks you to provide business information. “Business information” has nothing to do with proof of shipping and/or tracking numbers.
