Unauthorized card added to my account

Someone added a new card to my account and set it as a default payment. The card is not verified. I changed my password and set up a 2 step verification. I messaged PayPal but no response yet. No funds were withdrawn since there was none. Should I worry about anything outside of PayPal like identity theft? Anything else I should do?

I do understand your concern about the unauthorized activity in your account. No need to worry! Any changes in your account will be notified to you via email. Firstly, I would recommend you to remove the unknown card linked in your account. It's good that you have already updated the password, 2 step verification in your account. Also review our article to report the unauthorized activity in PayPal account.
