I am sorry to know about the unauthorized transaction on the account which was denied when disputed. In this situation, I would recommend you contact our customer support team through the available contact options on our website and request them to take a second look at the case as it was not recognized and is unauthorized by you. Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages.
