Unable to contact support to access my account: Wrong PayPal Phone Number for Cyprus

I have a PayPal account in Cyprus with a phone number I no longer have. For that reason, I can’t access my account. There is no other way to contact support than to call them but the Cyprus phone number listed on the PayPal support page doesn’t exist anymore! I have money on this account that I can’t access. Please help.

Glad to know that you have already reached out to our Cyprus phone support team. But, that didn't help to resolve your login issue. Have you contacted our Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Hello, I contacted PayPal using on FB as you suggested and wait for a response. I hope they are able to help because on the PayPal support in Germany they told me they can't help me with accounts in other countries. Let's see. By the way, I don't know If this reply is automatic or if you carefully read my question because you said that "I reached out to Cyprus phone support team but they didn't help to resolve my login issue", which is wrong. As I said, I'm not able to reach them because the phone number doesn't exist!

I did send them a message on FB but they just gave me the same phone number that was listed on the PayPal website despite the fact that I already said it doesn’t work and then they told me that they don’t have any other information to help me with this issue. I’m very frustrated and disappointed with how you handle such matters! Especially because so far the answers I get are just copy-paste or automated for general issues and don’t take into consideration my specific case. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional to list a phone number on your website that doesn’t work and not even try to fix or compensate for such an issue! Don’t you care about your customers from Cyprus? I need to access my money! Do I ask too much?

If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.
