Transaction from korsit bv and others which are not authorized

Hi,

I am seeing 5 transaction which I haven't authorized in my paypal acct. One of them is from korsit bv and I am pretty sure others are too from same entity. They all are digital gift card. Whoever did this used first $48 balance I had in my paypal and rest are from bank. These 5 transaction is not authorized by me. And I am requesting refund and investigation to find out culprit behind this. There are many peoples in paypal community facing same issue.

Please resolve this asap.

I just saw 2 pending transactions from this company on my account today. Paypal is NOT helping me

Same here, this morning. Have you gotten ahold of PayPal yet? It won’t even let me dispute these unauthorized charges. I have 3 of them from Korsit B.V. This morning and it says they’re all pending, but they took the money out of my account.

Same! Where is paypal? They’re about to lose a lot of customers who will need to close their PayPal accounts if this is t fixed soon.

Just had this on my account followed by some game. Has anyone had there money back ? I am currently on the phone to the bank as well to stop this

Yes, 3 transactions with korsit bv and 8 (8!) with play station network at $70 EACH!!! For my money back from PayPal but it took a while. Keep calling paypal! Good luck to you!

I have the same problem and I can´t dispute the unauthorized transaction. When I tried to hit in unauthorized it´s getting stuck.

Out of interest are any of you subject to the easyJet breach. I was and was wondering if this is random or targeting

if you were hacked......

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and use the 'report a problem' link at the bottom to report it as unauthorised if that is what it was.

An unauthorised transaction means that your Paypal account was hacked and used without your consent.
If Paypal check IP addresses / devices etc and find that it was hacked then yes you should receive your refund.

I hope you changed your password and security questions?
I hope you ran a virus scan on your computer?
I would also be telling my card issuers and bank accounts company that the account was hacked so that they can keep an eye on your account OR remove the financial info involved until things are sorted.

3 Unauthorized transactions from Korsit BV for 3 consecutive days in small amounts @ $39.08. They even had the nerve to cancel day 1 & reattemp the transactions the following day. **bleep** & disputing immediately! I use my PayPal bizz card to primarily receive & transfer between bank accts. I use this card to make in store transactions ONLY 3-4xs a year & for me to use it this week (11/03/2020) & to be bamboozled I feel I was robbed at gunpoint, violated & victimized!
