I got the ”Your account access is temporarily limited” but the problem is that its asking me for a bank statement when I haven't linked a bank account and I don't have a bank account. What should I do?
Do you have a credit card statement to verify your proof of address? You can also write a note to explain you do not have bank account or credit card to provide statements and would like another way to verify proof of address. Then pdf it and upload to the request.
If you do not want to verify your identity your PayPal account may experience reduced functionality.
