Steam verification, whatsapp manager

There is this person who wants to send me money but to do that I need to give my email so he can verify it in steam gift card. Now his PayPal manager is contacting me in watsapp

You are not contacted by a PayPal manager via Whatsapp to receive funds, nor do you need to involve a any kind of gift card. Here's how to Receive money with PayPal.
