As the title state, I had report to CC about a fraud activity were made on my old account yesterday but they close the chat before I could ask for an issue number. I can't speak English so I can't contact Paypal crew by phone number. Can someone help me please? Does Paypal resolve this issue and when will they send back to me my lost money?
They hacked into mine added their name and then paid themselves. They didn't close the account but I was able to get in and remove any bank info from my account before they could do more damage. Good luck, because I got "We've completed our review of your unauthorized activity case, and we’ve determined there was no unauthorized use".
