Somebody has withdrawn money from my account. How can I recover that.

Somebody has stolen my money using my account.

The transaction is still in pending state.

How can I reverse this transaction ?? 
I am trying to contact the help center but not successful yet

Please guide.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I have messaged the Paypal via live chat and conveyed the problem, but I haven't received any reply yet. Its been more than 48 hours.

I tried facebook, but its a bot there which replies with preinstalled messages.

Is there any support email address please ??

The support is not satisfactory at all.

I am not sure that will I be able to recover the lost amount.
